You're not giving us part of the question. You want to know how long it will take for every person to shake everyone else's hand, and it takes 30 seconds per handshake?
There's 24 people. Each person has 23 hands to shake. It'll take 11.5 minutes for each person to shake everyone else's hand if it takes thirty seconds per handshake. Is that what you wanted?

24 people are gathered for a concert. Everyone shakes hands with everyone else. The concert starts at 9 AM. If twelve pairs of people are shaking hands simutaneoulsy in 30 second periods, how long will it take?
So, based on this info, how long will it take?

"simultaneously" means "at the same time". Therefore, all twelve pair, or 24 people, will shake hands in 30 seconds.
