download a thing called ephpod. (just do a google search for it--its free) it will allow you to upload your songs from your ipod onto your itunes. (i had to do this when my computer crashed and i lost all my song on my itunes...) also, before you plug your ipod into your computer, make sure your itunes is NOT set on automatic update bc then it will erase all your songs off your ipod.

you have to sync it with your new computer. you can only sync your ipod with one computer. When you plug your ipod into the new computer through itunes it will ask you if you would like to sync your ipod with this computer. If you select yes you will no longer be able to use it with your old computer

right click on your Ipod icon and click sync. but if you cant then u may not have enough space on ur ipod to hold all your songs. i dont know really unless i saw it but it depends on the iPod and how many songs u have on your computer.

Besides the sync idea above, you could burn all your songs to CD and import them back into iTunes.
