A duster to get rid of the worst and then a damp cloth attached to something like a broom handle to push down the back of the radiator and then hoover it up. A wet wipe works well on the pipes underneath aswell but it is easier to lie on the floor to get to it.

A steam cleaner, as it runs at high pressure it will push all the dirt out of all the little spaces nothing else will get into, It will also remove the built up dirt in those spaces as well so put an old towel underneath to keep your floor clean

When you say " inside the radiator" I assume you mean a cast iron rad that is made in sections. If it is, you can use a paint brush to do the job.

Have you tried with smokers pipe cleaners they are very handy little thing´s .They are ideal for getting in between the radiator´s also good for cleaning the computer and many other thins

use a hair dryer all the dust will then fall down the back of the heater and then just vacuum it up

Blow your hairdryer down the back of radiator , then hoover what blows out (good luck)
