I want to know who to contact about getting a deaf child at play sign for our neighborhood.

call the mayor's office. fyi-----securing a street sign is not an overnight action. forms need to be filled out. the neighborhood has to be canvassed in support or against the sign, etc. the whole ordeal can take upwards from 6 months to a year.

Call you town/city or county clerk. The number should be in the phone book. If they can't give you an application they will at least be able to tell you where to get an application.

I don't know if it's as simple as a phone call. Contact your local congressman. You may need to start a petition.
