The monorail has stops at:
MGM Grand
Ballys
Flamingo
Harrah's
Convention Center
Hilton
Sahara

You can find an interactive map at http://www.lvmonorail.com/

In addition, there is a monorail that serves Excalibur, Luxor, and Mandalay Bay. There is another between Mirage and TI. There used to be one between Monte Carlo and Bellagio but the the City Center construction has disrupted that.

Just went to Vegas over the All Star weekend and it was still running, but beware most of the stops beyond point 3, will put you way out. Be warned that the Stardust stop will pretty much take you to the far back end of the strip and you will need to walk.
