It's easy. First you fold it over (out not into the inside of the shirt) a little and you keep rolling and folding it until you get it where you want to. It's a little more complicated than just rolling, but it's the way most people do it and it should work for you.

ok it wont let me see the picture but i know what you are talking about. you unbutton the sleeve and pull it up and over the rest of the sleeve. the cuff should be at the length you want your sleeves to be. Then you go back to the bottom of the sleeve thats already folded over... and just carelessly roll it. you are prolly going to have to have someone else do this for you.... it will be kinda difficult to do this with one hand. lol. so roll it up to the cuff and the cuff should stick out a little at the top. sorry... i tried to explain it the best i could. but thats how you do it....lol

buy one that's pre-rolled, never unroll it, and weare a lot of deodorant so you don't have to wash it. if that doesn't work, find a younger sister of one of your friends who wears their shirts like that because my brother has the same problem and i'm the one who rolls the sleeves for him. you just kind of mess around with it till it looks decent. but if i had to put a method to it, i would probably say, start by rolling the bottom of your sleeve outward. then, instead of rolling it in a roundish shape, make it so that you're folding it so the fold is flatish and not puffy. when you get to your elbow, push the entire sleeve with the folded/rolled part up above your elbow so your sleeves aren't tight.
i really hope this helps because if not, i wasted another 2 minutes of my life... haha

first of all that's a horrible shirt any ways they roll up the sleeves I think it is just for the store you know its just the way they put it on the hanger but if you want to roll up your sleeves than make sure you do not have hair on your arms !!

Roll it back the exact length of the cuff (or less if you want) and then over again this same amount until you reach the length you want then button the cuff at this point so it will stay in place.

Hmmm...good question. I think it is an original look...but it would look really good with a great pair of jeans with holes, don't you think? I think you shouldn't be so concerned about the rolling up your sleaves. The weird thing is that a dude would be so concerned. I think the shirt looks great anyways!
