If so, are there any other good Anime that has no sexual themes but all the gore I could ever want? Thanks.

Elfen Lied was absolutly not Hentai, but a bit ecchi. And that's the difference. Because if you place all anime which have some nudity in the hentai section, then a lot of them will be put in it : Ranma, Kimi Ga nozomu Eien and others.
And usually if you are old enough to watch gore ( like Elfen ) then you are old enough for some little nudity.
As for others gores anime : Souten no Ken, Berserk ( have some nudity too )

No, Elfen Lied is not hentai. Elfen Lied was a TV show aimed for older viewers. Hentai is not shown on TV.
If you like violent aime try Samurai X OVA (rurouni kenshin ova) quite graphic samurai anime, same thing goes for Basilisk and Ninja Scroll.
There's also Hellsing and Hellsing OVA, Peacock King Spirit Warrior OVA, Vampire Hunter D, Gantz.
That's a start for anime that is pretty violent but not hentais.
