What is the hourly wage for sales at Nordstroms and commission percentage?

I was wonder what Nordstroms pays for people that work in sales( hourly wage and commission). I am planning on working in the Men's clothing department. Also, I am a college student, will they still consider me for a job even though I do not have experience in sales. I know a lot about fashion.

Generally you earn the prevailing minimum wage of your state, or 5% of your sales, whichever is greater. They will certainly consider your fashion sense as customer service is a priority w Nordstrom's, as is a can do , can I help you attitude. Good Luck !!
