WHOA....Don't get me started on talk talk....that's all they are....talk talk!!! GRRRRR! Had so much bullshit from them, and our Internet and landline were down for 2 months!! Loads of phone calls (from my mobile!!), trying to get them to sort it out...banging my head off the wall in frustration....eventually after weeks got to speak to a manager who said....unbelievably...We can't say when it will be done!!!AGRHHH!!!!

Went back to BT.....phew...what a relief!

AND to make me more ANGRY, while our line was down someone knocked at the door trying to sell us TALK TALK!!!!

It sent me totally demented!

Okay, calming down now lol......but yes they have lied!

Fanella.....don't do it...pleeease!!

i havent because I believe in the old saying. If its too good to be true then it is.

i mean, broadband was £30 a month at first, even for the basic 256KBPS one, when it first came out, so nobody gives you free 8MBPS broadband.

tell talktalk to go and talktalk to BT about getting you back with them. i would never use them.

and the salesppl, one cane 2 our house and let himself in cause we had the dooropen he just walked into our house the c|_|nt

my advice to any thinking of swapping to talk talk would be dont. i tried september last year after many frustating calls i finally told them to stuff their service and tried to go back to tiscali this was also a bad idea as tiscali told me there was a block on the phone line and they could not connect me again after many expensive phone calls i told them to stuff the service. contacted aol on the 29th december and opened an account on 2nd january 2007 i was back on line.due tiscali and talk talk i was without broadband for three months i lost numerous download accounts and the cost of phone calls has almost ruined me .
