What is the procedure for a Vasectomy. Can men still climax afterwards??

I'm a nurse. Yes everything acts the same way, you just can't reproduce. So you will ejaculate but no sperm will be present. The procedure is an outpatient one, it only takes 30 minutes. Each side of your scrotum is cut then you vas deferens is cut into, after that it is sewed up and placed back. If it makes you feel any better, the last guy we did this on, he fell asleep. The one before that read the bible and was telling jokes. It really isn't that bad. Inform the doctor of your concerns so he/she can ease your pain. Take care you will be fine.

A vasectomy is a very simple operation. The tubes that lead from your testacies to a point near the base of your penis are cut.
Once it is done, it is completely undetectable (unless your semen was views under a microscope). Nothing feels any different, and there is no scar. You may have discomfort for about 4 days, then some bruising that will be gone after about 8 days.
Nothing will change. Not a single thing. Except for the fact that you won’t ever be surprised with a pregnancy.
Sex will be the same as always.
I got mine 20 years ago. I would know.

a tube in the testes is snipped, but it can be reversed if needed, and yes, you will of course climax afterwards!

i had this done about 10yrs ago and it is still in good working order,however when the doc puts the needle in the ball bag make sure that you are bitting on somthing as boy that hurts
