No, that's why Hillary wants to be President. My guess is that Monica kept Bill from finishing the job to Hillary's satisfaction while Bill was President, so the only way Hillary will be satisfied is if she is President and can keep Monica out of the Oral Office.
I hope Bill is up for it. A paper bag might help.

I've been looking at that picture all day. It's quite scary.
