No. You can get desktop search and desktop widget programs that try and emulate OS X functionality. And Vista seems to have some more of those features too. But in the end the Mac integrates it all better.

Apple will not support this but you can install Tiger right onto your PC as long as it has SSE1, 2, and 3. The easyest way to go arount this is to just purchase a mac mini with intle core duo and install windows on the Tiger OS using Parelles.
