They don't , as long as you use the right settings.

Put woolens in too hot and you better hope you have a very small friend with the same taste in clothes as yourself.

hang it up to dry is the best thing if u don't want it to shrink

dry them in a cooler temp. fabric gets hot and shrinks. much like a piece of plastic does when it gets hot. if you leave it in eh heat too long, it will eventually catch fire.

i think it shrink because it is to hot.U could hang it up but then it gets to wrinkley.
