I heard about it in the book
Walter the Story of a rat by Barabra Wersba
Which I highly reccomend by the way.
The title is intreugeing and I would love to Know what it is about

If you have heard of it please tell me!!!!
Also do you know where I can purchase one it is out of print and I can't
find it anywhere not even Ebay.

I haven't read it, but you might have luck at your local library. If that branch doesn't own it, they can borrow it from a library that does, usually at no charge to you. She is a Caldecott winning author/artist, so it should be available.
