Education is important everywhere. Get all you can, or give all you've got.

From what I've heard, is that the education system is based on what your know. You could have a wide range of ages in the same grade and my friend who was over there said that the students don't feel any wierd social issues because of the age difference. They understand that some people have other jobs that come first, such as helping to farm the land to put food on the table. Though it seems like education is not important, it is and most people attempt to finish school.

Education is critically important in Angola - as it is elsewhere in the world. But more so in depressed areas, as it takes education to build or rebuild a successful society.

It is important in any Country or culture.
I believe they are in need of schools to achieve a BA or higher degree in Angola. I do not understand the last part of your question, sorry.
