As a matter of public record you can look at your neighbors tax record. The best place to get this would be from the towhship assessors office. Most have this information on the web. However, they don't usally have the name of the mortgage company listed. They tell you what the purchase price was and who the previous owner was. If you want to know what bank holds their loan ask them for a referral to their loan officer.

Go to your county clerk's office & pull a copy of their deed. Why do you care, though? Focus on your own mortgage & stop being a busybody, unless you think they are doing something illegal on the property. In that case, you should call the appropriate police/enforcement agency.

You can legally get this info at your local town hall. It is public knowledge. Just go to the tax assessors office and ask them for help. They will point you in the right direction.
