You can install a second instance of windows on the same computer and then your the administrator on that computer most of the files in the previous OS will be visible

download on a different computer, send the file to your email then open it on the computer needed. Or guess the password, most of them tend to be simple. Try the address, zip, owner name (middle name), interests, kids name, license plate, birth date, phone number or it might be just admin
