Tupac Shakur killed Tupac Shakur. His was a life devoted to hatred, guns, and of the bad things that life can muster. His life reflected in his lyrics, was that of killings, violence etc. There's an old saying: Live by the sword, die by the sword. 'Nuff said.

I heard that he and Suge Knight got into it with some Crips and they hunted them down and tried to kill them both but were only successfull with Pac.

Don't know his name, but from what I saw on tv the guy is probably dead, killed from other gang violence.
