My phone began having problems when the side buttons would no longer work. Then the phone began to get very warm. The screen flashed once (just was white) then the phone turned off. It will no longer turn back on. I don't have insurance for my phone and I don't know what I can do.

Take it to a local store of the company you got it from. Ask them whats wrong with it and if they can fix it. If they cant, try charging it, or taking out the battery and putting it in again.

My friend had the same problem with his, it was actually the recharge slot on the phone that snapped, therefore the phone wouldnt charge

take it back to were you got it and tell them what your problem is

how long have you had it i would take it back and see if they will exchange it.
