Selfconfidence?

I am so insecure.I can't believe in my self and despite my family and most of my friends say I am beautiful,I feel the most ungly girl in the world.What should I do?

Every morning when you wake up, look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself 5 things (minimum) that you like about yourself. Whether it be your looks, your personality, or something you've accomplished, find something unique and great about yourself that you love. Whenever you feel down and ugly, just think of your family and friends and the people who care about you. And if it helps, fake selfconfidence; wear a smile, walk with your head held high, and pretend you are the prettiest, most confident girl in the room. Once you fake it for awhile, you'll start to feel it and know it. Good luck!

You can't do anything but be yourself. No matter what people on the outside tell you, it means nothing unless you start to believe it yourself. I know how you feel cuz I was the same way and I still am a bit insecure.

Girl u must pamper urself and stop seeing urself in the mirror all the time, and get involved in lots of activities.
U should sign up in things u r good at!.. u can do it!!!!!.
