My sister is complaining that she has these really bad stomach cramps(She's on her period), and she feels like vomiting, and she keeps moving around like she can't stop. I'm alone in the house with her right now and I don't know what to do! What should I Do?!!
HELP!! I'm worried.

Give her some advil or tylenol with a hot cup of tea and have her lie down with a hot water bottle or heating pad on her tummy and if you don't have them, then put a dry towel in the microwave for a minute or so and use that instead.

you are such a good Brother, offer to fix her some hot chocolate and give her a pillow to put under her head, tell her to rest, you be real quiet and get the heck away from her, for awhile anyway.
She will be fine, get her to watch a movie for her to take her
mind off any physical problems.

cramps are normal with periods, sometimes they can hurt really bad. do you have a heating pad? give her one of those to lay across her abdomen. some ibprofen might help too. tell her not to tense up cause it will make it worse. tell her to relax.

you could call your local emergency room and ask them, you could try giving her some ibuprofen and a warm wash cloth and put that on her stomach and see if that helps

mabey she has appendicites idk if i spelled tht right but it has to do with her appendix and its about to blow up but shell only have this if the right side of her stomache is hurting and if thts the case she needs a hospital
