I have a refirbished IBM T21 THINKPAD LAPTOP NOTEBOOK. It was working fine, but now I can't get it to load. When I turn it on I get a black screen only, I can't put a cd in to try to repair or re-boot the system. Does anyone have a clue on how to fix this? It does come up with an error msg -
" This appplication has failed to start because LSASRV.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem."
Please help!!!

just put in a linux live cd, and see if all hardware is in working condiiton or not. if everything is fine, then format your hard disk using the linux live cd and install windows on it (i'm assuming you have the OEM Windows Installation CD or something with the laptop)
