Something that can read people's minds and animal's and tell you what they are thinking. It would be small and invisible too.

I'd invent bumper cars that can travel through all highways, which results to less pollution, less accidents, less deaths, and less transportation hardships. Plus, kids can drive, and drunk drivers won't be able to kill, since it will just bounce off other cars, and not crush cars/glass.
