ACTORSOURCE: http://www.actorsource.com/
This is a rich site and you can mine information about agents, casting directors, headshots, and much more. "Resources" leads you to agents, show biz places you might get a temp job or internship, and more. "Getting Started" and "Service" have valuable first-person advice. Has Membership fee.
ONSTAGE: http://www.onstage.org/
EPERFORMER: http://www.eperformer.com/
CASTING NETWORK: http://www.castingnetwork.net/home/default.aspx

you do no longer say something approximately your skill on your conceal letter, that's what an resume is for. Your opinion of what's suitable for the situation is maximum no longer likely an analogous by way of fact the administrators besides. you're too youthful and inexpereinced to positioned up for a place. Get some expereince first study something with reference to the organisation. whether that's a expert gig, they rather do no longer want an green untrained actress.

Go to any large newstand in L.A. and buy a copy of the newspaper BackstageWEST. It lists L.A. auditions.

If you don't have an acting teacher find a class and join. Call the Community College and ask if they have acting classes.
