Im 15 i weight 128-30lbs and i can max out at 150

For your wieght that is good. if your bench your own wieght or more thats good. im 15 and i weight 145 but i can max out at 200 but i play football and work out alot.

The average 15-17 yr old male can bench between 70-80% of their body weight. The average 18-29 male can bench 85-110% (the raw average is 96%) of their body weight. With your bench being over 100% of your body weight you are above average. Keep up the good work, but always use proper techniques and a spotter, especially when maxing out.

thats pretty good and i would say better that average for a 15year old. Im actually 15 myself and on the powerlifting team (max bench 235 wieght 170) but from what i see most kids doing when their 15 is about 115 max.

That's not a bad weight. I am 15 and can bench about the same thing, maybe 5 pounds more at the most. So That's better than a lot of people our age, but definitely not everyone.

Yeah, that's a good weight. At 15, I was benching around 115 (yes, it's true =[ ) but now, at 18, I'm benching around 220. It just gets better as you go along, so don't worry so much about it.

I am also a teenager, and can max bench 85. It's sad, but more than all of the other girls.
My guy friends can bench:
80
125
145
Those are the only max scores that I know of theirs, so I think you are doing pretty good.

15, 5'10; weight 150 pounds.

begining of 14 years old, i was repping 135;
towards the end of 14 years old, i was repping 165;
begining of 15 years old i was repping 175;

and most kids that are 15 dont max 115, 50% of them probably rep more than that.

depends how much u been workin out im 15 and i work out 3to5 times a week the most i have got was 215 im 6'1" but i have seen people my age that can barely get the bar

which depends cuz i am 185 5'11 and i can lift about 180-185 and i am 15 so it depends cuz i been doin push-ups four like 5 years so it depends when u started working out
