If you really want to live with your father, then you and your mother should talk about it and in the case of a custody order, you might have to notify the courts. My parents are divorced, and I believe if I want to live with another, the other shouldn't get mad. They are the adult, and they should want the best for their children. Good luck, and I hope I helped you out.

How old are you? I think when you are 14 or mentally capable of making a good decision, the court will let you decide who you want to live with. Tell either one of your parents or better yet tell both. Your Dad may have a reson you're not at his house. If everythings in the clear they can get the court to change the custody arrangements.

You really didn't give enough information. Like how old you are are, why you want to live with your dad instead of your mom, what exactly are you asking? Are you afraid to tell your mom and dad you want to change who you live with? If so, why are you afraid? examples: don't want to hurt your mom's feelings or afraid your mom will abuse you or move you far away from you dad, ect.

Tell your mom that you want to live with your Dad.
If you don't want to tell her, call your dad & tell him to pick you up that way your mom can't say anything about it cuz its already pretty much too late.
