Maaco painters and tapers are not carefull at all since they spray about 10-15 cars daily in some cases. I send many cars there a month and none of them ever come out perfect. The cars I get back from them are oversprayed, have paint runs, and sometimes have mouldings painted which should never be! But you get what you pay for ($250 a car)

I haven't, but have been doing a lot of research on them. If you search online, you will find a lot of negative experiences, but it seems to come down to the individual shop, as each one is an independently owned franchise. A few people have posted good experiences, but people don't usually post about good experiences as much as about bad ones. If I were you I would ask for recent references from your local Maaco.
