Many phyla contain animals that display bioluminesence:

In the Animal Kingdom:
Phylum Cnidaria (some jelly fish are luminescent)

Some fishes display bioluminesence.

In Kingdom Protista:
There are many algae that display bioluminesence.

Some quid and octopii can also display some bioluminesence.

I could go on and on....but I won't.

there are luminescent plants AND animals. do you want animals only?
