how can i fix my maytag dryer performa?

my dryer wont spin but it does get hot what parts do i need to replace? model #pye23ooayw

It probably needs a new belt. Most dryers have a belt that goes all the way around the drum and is driven by a small pully at the motor.

belt is most likely the problem. when you replace it change the idler also.
