As much as finding out the truth may be important to you, it's up to him to confess his heterosexuality to you when he chooses to.
In the meantime, keep in mind that nobody is perfect and his sexuality is only a small part of who he is. If he prefers to sleep with women, that's his own business and he was born that way. He didn't choose to be straight, you know.
Continue to be a caring and supportive friend to him and one day he'll trust you with his dreaded secret.
:)

The heterosexual lifestyle is a bitter and unhappy road. Many heterosexuals are too ashamed to admit it to themselves and to others - even close friends and family. They do not want to admit that they are attracted to the same kind of orafice that their mother's birthed them from. Many do not want ot face that the gay community will have to foot a big part of the bill to pay for his children's education and welfare, and it may be too hard for him to face his gay friends. he may be restless at the idea of having to be tough and dumb like his other straight buddies and have to get drunk and act stupid and talk about breasts all the time.
Do not be hard on him if he should admit this terrible secret. Love him unconditionally. There are worse things to be than heterosexual. I don't know what at the moment, but I'm sure there are. If you are a truly good friend, go to him and confront him. Forgive him for pretending to be gay just so you wouldn't think bad of him. Tell him not to give up and that there is hope at www.Gay.com. Good luck.

part of being a friend is the ability to accept another person unconditionally. if you are indeed his friend, being gay or straight won't influence you level of friendship.
if the issue is bothering you, ask your friend. but be willing to accept his answer----straight or gay.
