Although I do believe that the judge came to the best decision he could in the end, as far as I am concerned, that whole courtroom procedure was a joke...
Talk about theatrics...but you know what.??? It just goes to show you what a joke most of our justice system has become..
The woman wanted to be buried next to her son, so bury her next to her son... Drugs or no drugs, you could tell how vehemently she hated her mother.
As far as Howard Stern is concerned, there is no proof that he had anything to do with her death or her son's death and if he was seen disposing of drugs after her son's death, which there is no proof either, it was probably to keep the media from knowing that there were drugs involved...to try to save her son's reputation.
He was the last man that Anna Nicole was known to be involved with, he should know where she would have wanted to be buried.
And as for the custody of little Dani Lynn, that is entirely a whole different case...
There should be a paternity test done...but that has nothing to do with her burial...

Who do you want to believe, people that actually know him, or the media who saw him in action one time? All have said that under the circumstances he made the correct decision, have a problem with that? I'm betting we never hear of him again.
