He wasn't even that drunk because it says he was only 0.01 over the legal blood-alcohol level. My guess is he just really had to take a piss and that's why he was speeding home!

eventhough i hate all COLTS players and anything that's got to do with Indy, i just can't critize Rhodes, we are all human beings, i just hope his experience never happens to me. i am a heavy drinker so i gotta feel some sympathy for mr Rhodes, again, i hate them colts but man, this ain't a football issue. it is more of a bad experience that i don't wish it on anyone.

that's the best kinda of drunk you can be (pissy) at least he was drunk drunk not just two beers and you forgot to signal drunk
