what are the mainland provinces in Canada?

British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia.
PEI is an islands Nunivut (I still have no idea how it's spelled) Northwest territories and yukon territories, are territories, not provinces.
Newfoundland and labrador is kinda borderline I guess, Labrador's part of the mainland Newfoundland's an island but they're one province.... you work that one out.

Surprising know one knows the correct answer. They are British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island , and Newfoundland. The others are territories, Yukon, North West territories and Nunavut
