Yes I do! He didn't plan 9/11. I shudder everytime I think about where we'd be if Gore or Kerry were president. Have some respect for authority!

No, I don't like him. But I dislike our current Attourney General even more. The actions taken at places like Guantanamo and Abu Gharib are a disgrace to our nation and a tremendous disservice to everyone wearing a uniform... and while I do not lay the blame for that at the feet of our soldiers and military, I do squarely blame a political policy put in place by the Bush Administration that has allowed certain elements to trample, degrade, and completely undermine the very principles of what those in Uniform are sworn to protect and defend.
The manipulation of the media, and through them the American public is nearly inexcusable in my mind. The vindictiveness and outright corruption that members of the Administration have shown in things like the ongoing Libby trial, the Abramoff trials, the Endron scandal, and the various contractor scandels in Iraq... I cannot fathom why this has not triggered something like the mulitude of independent counsels we saw during the Clinton Administration.
But I do not agree that he had anything to do with the 9/11 tragedy. I have seen the conspiracy theories, and to be honest, they just do not make any sense given the circumstances of the day, or standard procedure during hijack situations. It was a confused day to be sure, but nothing really untowards occurred, despite the so-called evidence, much of which relies on a laymen's knowledge, and does not stand up to informed scrutiny. Conspiracies more often than not come to light, simply because people talk. They can't help it. And the sheer numbers of people that would have had to have been involved says it's pretty much impossible that someone wouldn't have by now.

Bush planned 9/11? Yeah, next I guess you're going to tell me that Oswald acted alone (which by the way, is still 1000 times more believable than Bush was behind 9/11)! I haven't agreed with everything that Bush has done, but he has done what he believes is best to keep you and I safe, and that's what we hired him to do! Do you really believe that Al Gore would have done a better job leading America in the days following 9/11 than Bush did? Get real!

Yeah, a little. That doesn't mean I think he's a good president. The only thing he's done I agree with is attacking the Islamic terrorist on their home turf. He hasn't procecuted the war to the extent I would like to see. I want to see him live up to his claim that we will deal with the governments that harbor and support the terrorist in the same manner as we deal with the terrorist. Which means we should be destroying Iran and Syria.
Almost nothing else he's done do I agree with. I opposed the Campaign finance reform because it was nothing more than the protection of existing politicians insuring they will be re-elected. I opposed the Drug program, it alone may be enough to bankrupt the government. I opposed the no child left behind program because it inserted the federal government into the control of local schools. I opposed the tariff on Steel, it cost more jobs than it saved. I opposed the minimum wage, it is nothing more than a political scam.
Liking a person and agreeing with them is two different things.

President Bush did NOT plan 9/11. Why would the US government want to attack their own country and kill their own citizens? The US government has done some extreme stuff, but they would never do that. The World Trade Centers were not bombed ... planes were hijacked by terrorists and they flew them into the buildings. A plane did hit the Pentagon ... it was not a missile. United 93 crashed in Pennsylvania because the passengers stoped the hijackers from flying the plane towards Washington DC.

Yeah I'm sure he planned 9/11......NOT! He wanted thousands of Americans to get killed. A lot of people criticize him for how he has handled the war and the 9/11 situation. It is easy for people to criticize when they are not in is shoes. What would they do if they were? I am guessing many of them would have done the same thing he did.

A lot of my friends do not like Bush either. I don't know if he "planned" 9/11. He seems very concerned with Iraq, Iran all those...
And yet I feel he ignores the gr owing problems on U.S soil. Like New Orleans -- it's a disaster down there, and I haven't heard him address the issues for awhile nor have I saw any attempts on his behalf to help re-build after Katrina.
I'll be glad when he is out of office.

The word is "planned", not "planed". If you are that ignorant, I wish you'd keep your political opinions to yourself. The only people who actually believe the crap you're spouting are high school stoners & Muslim terrorists.
To answer your question, no! I can't stand him. He is a globalist, socialist liar who conveniently posed as a conservative. He is an embarassment to the party that once supported Reagan & to all of us who voted for him. However, I detest his former opponents even more. That is why I just don't vote anymore. Like I said in another answer: I'm using my resources to save for an island w/ canon turrets on each corner.
