If it is Kroc's, it is worth considerably more than a player or staff member--however, he has living family, and how you acquired it could come in to question--you may find that his children may pay more than it is "worth" for sentimental reasons. I would contact the family before placing it on Ebay. There are three important factors to consider--the uniqueness (the Padres do not have as many titles as say...the Yankees, so it is very unique), the sentimental value (many hardcore fans will pay more than a collector would), and the condition. You may find that you can fetch between $10,000 to $15,000 if you find the right buyer. Many of the older rings, however, have less precious metal and jewels than some of the more recent rings, but they are not cheap, by any means. Good luck.

If you seriously own an NL Championship ring, you should contact some officials from MLB and/or the Padres. It will be worth more to them than just about anyone else.
How on earth did you get a hold of that, anyway? That's not exactly an item that's made available to the general public.

It should be worth around $30,000 and up. It had to be an NL Championship ring since the Padres haven't won a World Series.

well it's not worth a whoooole lot, not even 1/2 as much worth as a WS ring would be, and Padres didn't win the WS in 84 incase u thought it was a WS ring, cause they lost like in 5 or 6 games to the Tigers that year, but it'd probably still be worth a good mount of $$$

I would call the San Diego Padres front office. Really, though, where DID you get that? That could help you determine its value if you follow where you got it.
