It hasn't worked for weeks and weeks, but the thing is, i don't know how to fix it...it will pop up but then after that it freezes, but i cannot uninstall it and then install it again unless it is absolutely 100% nessecary. I do not know what to do!! Please help! step by step instructions please...thanks in advance!

Download the installer from apple.com, and before you try to uninstall and reinstall it, there's an option to "repair" your current version.

Start > Control Panel > Add Remove Programs > iTunes > Change.
Walk through that. Restart the computer.

you can use the cd that came with you computer to re format it
then it should work
yeah my itunes music store wouldnt work for some reason, it said it didnt have service even if my internet worked. and re installing it wouldnt work either and i talked to the apple men about it on the phone but reformatting it worked. if its that important to you you can do that. but make sure to back up pictures or documents first, because everything wil erase and become as you bought it

mine does the same exact thing!it is so annoying huh...it say that this program is not respanding and it freezes.im going 2 try reinstalling the program.you shoud do the same thing. or you could try something else.
