If you're looking for a watch of that type, spend a little more and get an Omega. They are higher quality and have fewer problems.
Tags are okay though. They are tough and made to last for years, though if you're gonna spend that much, I still think you should get something a bit nicer. If you like sportier watches like that, maybe go with a Ball. They are much more affordable, but are on the same level as Tag watches are.

No... they are poular only because sport celebrities are endorsing them. I remember when Ray Ban sunglasses were no big deal. Then Tom Cruise wore them in Top Gun, and suddenly RayBans tripled in price.

No, my husband bought one and it have never kept time properly. He's had it sent back to them and it's been serviced, new battery. My cheap Rotary keeps better time!
