Frontpage question: How do I keep LAYERS in one place? Mine are shifting around on their own.?

Is there any way to "lock" them in place?

you should be able to keep them where ever you want to, even overlapping. Try reinstalling the program or check to see if in the settings or controls you may have changed something on accident.
