Anyone know if the colors used for friendship bracelets mean anything?

do the colors used mean any certain thing?

They don't mean anything unless you make them mean something.
I made one for a friend of mine and the color meant something but only because purple's my best friend's favorite color. And that's only the only color meaning, although, sometimes it can also mean "this was the only color I had at the moment."

So, the colors have no meaning.
