i need to download files for a logitech quickcam that i have?

i have a logitech quick cam but no files to take pictures or video how can i download these files or download them without the internet?

go to the downloads tab and then find your model number to download anything they have for it.....

If you don't have the CD that came with the web cam then you need the Internet to download it at the manufacturer's website.
