It is coming from the front end- to middle of the vehicle, wet or dry conditions.

Suspension bushings cause squeaks. You may be able to grease them but usually they need to be replaced.

I would look at the idler pulleys. Open the hood and look at the fan belt. It runs over some pulleys (idler) and a tensioner pulley. That would be the first thing I'd check. One sure way to check is remove the fan belt and start it up and see if the squeek is gone.

(Suspension wouldn't make noise when stopped.)

it is belt noise get you drive belts replaced an you will be fine when you get a few years on a belt it starts to crack up and then gets noisy
