Ok my brother was playing a game when the computer froze and he turned it off with the power button on the computer. Now when I turn on the computer I get to a message telling me there was a problem and asking me how I want to turn on the computer. It gives me these options:

Safe Mode
Last Settings Used
Start Windows Normally

For each option I pick it takes me to the Windows XP loading screen but then it restarts and takes me back to the message with the options. What should I do? Please help me...

Hi,
Put the Windows disk in your C.D drive then switch your computer off, wait, then switch it back on with the disk in the C.D drive it should now boot from the C.D, just select repair option. Hope this helps.

Somehow your computer has been caught in loading loop, that message appears when the power fails or you turn the computer off without the normal shut down.

Try to unplug the computer and leave it for a few hours and then retry. It may be because the computer is overheated.
