well the download and upload speeds remain at 0. How can I fix this?

at first it was downloading just fine, but then the download and upload speeds dropped to 0. How can I fix it

what is the health of the torrent? how many people are on the torrent? if its a torrent with very few people on it, it will take forever.... it all depends on how many people are sharing

It depends on how many seeds there are, I've found bit torrents for some TV shows I'd like to download, but there are no active seeds.
