okay so we have to put direct and indirect pronouns in sentences.
Que les recomiendan los meseros?

Model: Maria: la sopa ( una torta). Le recomiendan la sopa. Van a servIrsela con una torta.

4. Salvador y yo: el melOn ( azUcar)

i dont know if it would be
4. Salvador y yo nos recomiendan el melOn. Van a servIrnowlo con azUcar.

or if you dotn use the Salvador y yo and simply put Nos recomiendan ........
but ten how would you clarify at the end??

Look ... what are those sentences you have to restructure??

In the case of the sentences you posted :

A Maria los meseros le resociemdan la sopa. Van a servirsela con con una Torta.

4. Salvador y yo: Melón (azucar).

A Salvador y a mi nos recomiendan el melón. Ellos nos lo van a servir con azúcar..

asi quedarian las frases que dices.
