My girlfriend and I were talking about this issue the other day and I have been surprised at how many women say that their husbands or boyfriends having porn really bothers them. But men are always saying that "it's not a big deal". I wonder how common this is? Do most men have porn, even when they're married? And why should this not offend the women they're with? Thanks.

Tell you what, let's try an experiment. Go online and find the most well hung guy of the same race as you with a body that your husband would be jealous of. Print this out. Big! Make a few copies and put them in drawers half open in the house. Lets see how long before he starts calling you a $%#&%! The point is if it's good for one it's good for another. If it bothers him show him THIS question and my answer. Then he can see the porn IS a problem. Get off it dude before those photos become 3D!

I do not know about most Men, but I am married and have porn my wife knows about it. My wife is not offended more curious than anything else cause when ever I get a new one most of the time me and her both look at it and joke about the ones we think are sexy and which ones we think are not. So it can be a good experience, So in the end it is all up to your personal opinion on the subject matter and how you really feel about it. I don't believe it is a big deal it is just paper with pic's. If they don't want their men to have porn maybe they should try something different like every time he would normally use the mag having his wife come in, and take its place or for her to take pics for him.

First, let's refer to it as erotica. Porn is what I would call the cheaply made stuff.

Erotica has been around for thousands of years. It began as painting, sculpture and poetry, and eventually evolved into literature, photography, acting, and video.

Both men and women (single and in a relationship) have shown a desire to enjoy erotica in some form.

There is a very successful series of erotic anthologies called "Herotica." The stories are all written by female authors!

Erotica is simply an alternative form of sexual arousal.

As long as a partner is taking care of his/her obligations and responsibilities (job, family) and seeing that the other person is being fulfilled sexually, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with enjoying alternative forms of arousal.

Most female's initial reaction to their partner enjoying erotica is one of offense; their sexual identity is somehow threatened.

There are women in this world that are totally threatened by men viewing erotica, believing that their only arousal/satisfaction should come from their vagina/mouth/hand. That is sad.

There are men in this world that are totally threatened by women's sex toys (vibrators, dildos, etc.), feeling that a woman (their wife, gf) should receive pleasure only from THEM. That is just pathetic. They have some serious self-image/penis issues to deal with.

And then, there are couples such as ourselves (many of them) that enjoy a mature, fully-developed sex life.

If he is fulfilling you sexually, give him some privacy and space to indulge in a little fantasy. Your relationship is not at risk.

Well, my husband doesn't like porn. He thinks it's slutty girls that have no talent in life and feel the need to undress and have sex with multiple people for money. He thinks it's gross. He says he doesn't need anyone else, he has me to look at. Now, if he wasn't like this. I'd have castrate my husband if I found porn. Does that answer your question? Lol.

Porn degrades women. Most women don't want to watch other women doing it[unless you're gay,no offense].
My husband came home with a porn movie, and wanted me to watch with him. I made him go rent an all male porn movie.I made him watch the whole thing. Then I asked him how it made him feel.He said it made him feel degraded to watch...
If you have to have outside stimulation, then you aren't doing it right......delux_ver,I'm with you on this..

my husband used to hide it from me, then he realized i only wanted it, cause i wanted to watch it to. haha, there is nothing wrong with a married man having porn as long as he is still keeping it going in the bedroom. oh yeah, and as long as they are not obsessed with it, and you are not catching them every time you enter a room, cause then thats not healthy,
