Hi Wayne,

If it is your DVD you are entitled to make a backup copy.

To copy it you have to bypass the copy protection. For that I recommend Anydvd. It is a neat program that makes the copy protection "invisible" to other programs. When Anydvd is running you can make a copy using any DVD copy program.

Go to www.dvd-cloner.com, download the prgram(download the free version). When it is installed put your dvd in your computer drive and then open the program. Then the program will burn the dvd onto the computer, it will also save. After that is done, put a blank dvd into the computer drive then the program will burn that movie onto your dvd. Do not use camcorder dvd's, use normal size ones.
