You have not seen the 70's TV show Hee Haw. They did it first. The term RAP came from the song Rappers Delight. Rich kids playing around in mom's studio. Nothing Gangsta about that.

Anglos would be rapping, yes. But, somehow if by Klan you mean the kkk, they wouldn't be allowed. The music industry won't allow it, I think. Although, today we have some African-American rappers like Snoop Dogg say fu** the white super powers. Which is understandable because of the past. And the klan can't say anything about it. They wouldn't bother rapping about it since rap comes from African-Americans. But if other than the kkk would be involved in rap, it would be fine. If you look back in th 90s, Vanilla Ice was somewhat a big sensation. Now we have Eminem who turned out succesful. But if you put all rappers together, they somehow have something familiar. That is that all of them come from the lower class. In other words, they share the same problems how life is a struggle in the getto, you know. That was then, of course. Now rap has headed to a new direction to under estimating women, killing people and gangs, etc. Don't get me wrong, I like rap. But it's hard to defend it when these rappers are talking about all this negative stuff. Somehow we like it, man. Peace!

Actually it was first invented by White Anglo Saxons, but they never burned it down to Rap and Steve Tyler was one of the first people to do it before it became Rap:) HOws that for your history books!!

I think rap would just be bigger than it is now, and it's already the #1 selling music genre around the world and a 4 billion dollar a year industry giant.

The Klan? Are you serious? "The Klan", or what's left of it, is comprised of a bunch of red neck idiots who don't know their sisters from their wives. Why would you even bring them into this question? You had an interesting question until you mentioned the klan.

Maybe...?

"Yo! I'm Nigel and I'm a systems analyst,
I like chatting online and being a quiz show panelist,
My sister's a Momma in her twin set and pearls,
She's a pretty hot babe like all those preppy girls.

I got me a chick and her name is Annabelle,
I really must say, we got on terribly well,
Maybe tonight after drinks at Mummy's,
She'll let us rub together our beautifully tanned tummies.

I knew a chap once, he was really quite black,
Taught me how to rhyme, I called it rap.
Now all those gangsta chappies have stolen my groove,
And I am afraid to say I really disapprove."

The dancing would be terrible and nobody would wear bling. The rhymin' would either be in iambic pentameter or couplets. I guess one of the "old school" guys would be MCKKK. I got a kick out of your question. Thank you.
