Good Animes with a lot of gore and action,
But no nudity or sexual themes?

Card Captor Sakura is a cute little kiddie anime. I once watched that with the cutest little girl you'd ever see, but it is obviously geared toward little girls. It puts girls into the action. I think that is why she liked it.

Well there is Hellsing, both the series and the ova(ultimate), is a very good anime and has a good deal of gore and action.
What I have seen of Berserk has a lot of gore but there a scene of nudity every great once in a while.
Gantz is pry the ultimate for gore and action BUT there is some sexual theme's and nudity. And the ending kind of doesn't make sense.

Well, I don't think there's any nudity in what is probably the goriest, bloodiest anime I've ever seen - Fist of the North Star. Plenty of gore... exploding heads, limbs removed, etc. Now, this is the old school FotNS, I've no idea what's in the New FotNS, so your mileage may vary.
And there are some rather bloody parts in Princess Mononoke.
And I liked Gundam SEED. Not much in the way of blood/gore, but plenty of warfare, explosions, and death, if you're into that kind of thing.

The greatest anime of them all: Akira. Bloody and massively violent with no nudity that I can remember at all.
Also, Samurai X has lots of blood and action, but no nudity that I can recall.

well, there's Trinity Blood but I here people say they don't like the plotline. then Bleach, a lot of action and it's funny but not much blood in it and it gets confusing. then ghost in the shell, equall of what you want and don't want. then fullmetal alchemist, you might find it intresting. then there's trigun, it's sortve like Trinity Blood(the main characters are strong but act like idiots). then .hack sign, .hack//twilite braclet, .hack//roots, I only seen parts of them(not sure of the second one I think I got that one wrong). then there's M.A.R., it's new, I think it's stupid yet funny.

Full metal alchemist is pretty bloody.
Inuyasha, too, but there is a little nudity.
Bleach.

HELLSING! - its short and is about vampires ^^ but if your looking for adventure, comedy and well an awesome anime look in to naruto to!
