I swear by mark. by Avon's "Behaving" line. Very nice, but you'll have to order it in.
If you want something in stores, I find most Dove products to work well. Also, Bath and Body Works C&O Bigelow stuff is great, too.
If you're wanting to look less dry, moisturize EVERY DAY with a moisturizer, it's generally a thinned out lotion-type product that is made just for the face, so it won't get too oily, but also will be less dry.

Mash 1 tablespoon of ripe banana and add to it 1 tablespoon honey. Apply this mask on the affected area and leave it to dry. Then wash it off with cold water. This mask acts as a moisturizer .You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for dry skin at the link below.

One of the best lotion in my opinion for dry skin is Atopalm. It's has very rich moisturizing properties and is one of the best seller at skintore.com which holds more than 15,000 skin are items.
