What is the best skin care treatment over the counter to help make my face look more radiant and not so dry?

I swear by mark. by Avon's "Behaving" line. Very nice, but you'll have to order it in.

If you want something in stores, I find most Dove products to work well. Also, Bath and Body Works C&O Bigelow stuff is great, too.

If you're wanting to look less dry, moisturize EVERY DAY with a moisturizer, it's generally a thinned out lotion-type product that is made just for the face, so it won't get too oily, but also will be less dry.
