I'm in a similar situation to you. My boyfriend is going to university at the end of summer and so will be further away from me.
We've been going out for more than 2 years now and spoken about the situation a lot. We are going to give a long distance relationship a shot and if it doesn't work out, we will call it quits. I suggest doing the same with your boyfriend. It all depends on how far he's going, whether you can both trust each other, and whether both of you will make the same amount of effort and commitment.
If you or your boyfriend don't want to try a long distance relationship then enjoy the time you have left together to the max.
Hope I've been helpful.

I have the same problem but I'm moving away from him. All I can tell you is to spend as much time with him now that you can. Keep in touch with him when you move and talk about a long distance relationship. They don't usually work out but you won't know until you try. If you have any issues with him get them straightened out before you leave... You don't want to leave him on a sour note.

Nothing different. You can keep it going distance-wise if you both wish, but do NOT ante up the sex or marriage requests just because he's going to leave the area.

I would plan a going away party for him and tell him how much he means to me and that its going to be really hard to go on without him. Promise him that you will see him again and that you will stay in touch.
